Apalachee Elementary

We have designed an arts magnet program to allow students the ability to develop creative and critical thinking skills. The Apalachee Tapestry Magnet School of the Arts Program offers all Leon County School students an opportunity to benefit from an outstanding education achieved through an equally outstanding arts program. Through this rigorous academic curriculum for the arts, with performances at all levels, ATMSA provides enhanced learning opportunities to better prepare students for high school and beyond. With a team of five arts specialists, students are able to explore various arts courses that include Star Strings Ensemble (strings), Star Singers (choir), StART (visual arts), Star Media (media) and Star Players (musical theatre).
